The Rookie’s Newest Character Is Finally Acting Like a Cop

The Rookie's Officer Celina Juarez got off to a rough launch, but" Daddy Bobby" proves she's starting to fit in and bear more like a bobbyshould.

The Rookie's Officer Celina Juarez has had a delicate time fitting in-- both with the other characters and the followership. When she was introduced as John Nolan's novitiate, observers anticipated that Celina would make a certain quantum of miscalculations. still, the character felt so unrealistic that suckers began to question whether she indeed belonged on the show.

still," Daddy Bobby" marked a step forward for Celina. Not only did she learn commodity from and fit in better with Sergeant Wade Grey, but the occasion showed her carrying furtherrealistically. However, she may eventually win over the show's devoted suckers, If Lisseth Chavez's The Rookie character continues down this path.

How The Rookie's Celina Juarez Started Acting Like a Realistic Bobby

Celina Juarez was originally a terrible police officer. Her messy debut occasion included pulling someone over grounded on a bad air. From there, her characterization only got worse. She answered a case grounded on a dream. She made death prognostications for a notorious felonious. She was nearly killed after getting lost in the forestland. All of these ridiculous stories meant Celina was harming The Rookie's credibility because she sounded unskillful.

" Daddy Bobby" changed that when Grey decided that Celina was going to ride with him for the coming two days. She forgot a crucial tutoring point during the LAPD's morning meeting and he wanted to see what differently she might have forgotten. In substance, it would be an evaluation of both Celina and Nolan's training ways. Before Grey and Celina left, Nolan told her to take it easy on the spiritual side of effects and concentrate on fact- grounded probing. She took his advice-- and did a much better job.

Grey helped her take her spiritual suspicion and turn it into logical conclusions. She could feel that a situation was out, but she did not know why. Celina and Grey talked it through until she could identify the crime that was in progress. latterly, Grey allowed Celina to show her progress by putting her in charge of an active crime scene. It was a high- pressure situation, but she made the right opinions and risked her life to save a child. By the occasion's end, The Rookie actually awarded Celina a order for her sweats.

Celina Juarez Is Starting To Fit In on The Rookie

When Celina was introduced, suckers were advised that she was going to have an" unusual" approach to policing. still, they were not ready for her spiritual crime- fighting. It simply did not match with all the other characters on The novitiate." Daddy Bobby" showed that Celina can be a veritably effective bobby if she can constantly use her suspicion in a believable way. She wanted to make a difference and was willing to risk her own life to do so.

Celina easily does not fit into the traditional police character earth. The way that she reads people and situations is different than observers anticipated and they have not been suitable to relate to her. But the plot of" Daddy Bobby" gave them commodity to relate to-- Celina's desire to help people no matter what. It also showed how her unique way of thinking can be an asset to the LAPD. She earned recognition from both Grey and the department. As long as she continues to learn from the more expert officers like Grey and Nolan, she will snare better with them and the followership may eventually warm to her.
